Orders and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders are final once payment has been made. Genroc does not allow cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
Refunds and Returns
Genroc generally does not offer refunds or accept returns unless a product is damaged during shipping. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Prior to returning any items, it is mandatory to consult with our internal team. Please reach out via email at info@genroc.com.au for appropriate guidance.
Product Return Condition
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unopened and unused. Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Refund Processing
Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days after the return has been approved and received. Refunds will be deposited directly into the bank account used for the purchase.
